Your enquiry

DayBuilt Web uses the name, business name, email address, project description, service choices and language you submit to review your enquiry, prepare a quote and respond to you. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

How information is handled

Project enquiries are stored in the website’s private database. They are not displayed publicly, sold or added to a marketing mailing list. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes the technical information needed to serve and protect the website. We use Resend to email your enquiry details to our team so we can respond. Your contact details and project brief are processed by Resend for this purpose.

A short-lived, hashed network identifier helps limit repeated form submissions. Your full IP address is not stored in the enquiry database. Hosting providers may separately keep security and access logs.

Purpose and retention

We use enquiry information to take steps at your request before a possible project and to manage correspondence. We keep it for as long as needed to handle that enquiry or any resulting project and relevant record-keeping requirements. You can ask for information to be corrected or deleted.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided. Contact us by email or through the enquiry form below, stating that it is a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office about a data protection concern.

Cookies and external services

Your browser remembers your selected pricing currency. This site does not add advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts and creative assets are served with the website. Hosting infrastructure may use necessary security technologies. If optional analytics or marketing tools are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated.

When you choose to pay or subscribe, Stripe processes your contact and payment information on its own checkout. We receive payment and subscription records for administration. We do not collect or store your card number. A project reference links checkout to your enquiry. Stripe ↗

Downloaded briefs

Downloading a project brief creates a PDF file on your device. A download alone does not submit the information. Your enquiry is stored only when the form reports that it has been saved.

AI website assistant

When you send a chat message, your question, recent messages, selected language and currency are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a reply. We do not save chat transcripts in our database or use them for marketing. The conversation stays in browser memory until you reload, reset the chat or change language or currency. We store short-lived request counters linked to a daily hashed IP address to prevent abuse; expired counters are removed when the chat is next used. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive personal information. Cloudflare processes these messages under its privacy policy.
